Which 2026 Lollapalooza act released the 2024 album Comfort in Chaos?

2026 Lollapalooza act John Summit released the 2024 album Comfort in Chaos.

Comfort in Chaos is John Summit’s debut studio album, released on July 12, 2024, through Experts Only and Darkroom Records. Summit, whose real name is John Schuster, built his reputation as a Chicago-born DJ and producer known for energetic house and techno-influenced sets.

The 12-track album shows a broader side of his sound than a conventional club single. It includes collaborations with artists such as Kaskade, HAYLA, Elderbrook, Sub Focus and Paige Cavell, and moves between tech house, melodic dance music and drum-and-bass touches. “Where You Are,” featuring HAYLA, became one of the project’s most recognizable songs.

The title reflects the tension in Summit’s public career: high-energy performances and rapid success alongside the pressure and uncertainty of life as a touring artist. The album is sometimes confused with a mixtape or compilation because Summit had already released numerous singles, but it is his first full-length studio album. Ninajirachi, Mustard and Boys Noize are separate Lollapalooza acts, not the album’s credited artist.
