Viagra Boys is the Swedish punk-influenced band whose debut album is Street Worms, and it is the 2026 Lollapalooza act identified by the clue.
The group formed in Stockholm in 2015 and is generally described as a Swedish post-punk band. Its music mixes abrasive guitars, pounding bass, saxophone, electronic textures and deadpan, often surreal vocals. The band’s lyrics frequently use satire to examine masculinity, consumer culture, alienation and political attitudes, giving its loud performances an intentionally comic edge.
Before its first full-length album, Viagra Boys released the 2016 EP Consistency of Energy. Street Worms followed on 28 September 2018 through the Swedish independent label YEAR0001. The album helped establish the band internationally, with songs such as “Sports” becoming signature tracks. Readers may confuse the debut with Welfare Jazz, but Welfare Jazz is the group’s second studio album, released in 2021.
