Where does Lightning McQueen train on the beach in Pixar’s Cars 3?

After Jackson Storm exposes the performance gap between older and newer racers, Lightning travels with Cruz Ramirez to improve his speed and technique. Fireball Beach is one of the training environments used during this part of the film.

The beach training sequence shows Lightning adapting to unfamiliar terrain and trying to recover the confidence he has lost. Cruz’s coaching and the unusual surface help connect modern training methods with the instincts Lightning developed earlier in his career.

Fireball Beach is separate from Radiator Springs, Lightning’s home community, and from the Rust-eze Racing Center, where he undergoes more technology-focused training. The location is one of several places in Cars 3 where Lightning prepares for his return to serious competition.
