What was the title of Madonna's BBC One special tied to Confessions II?

The BBC One special tied to *Confessions II* was titled *Madonna & Graham*. The title refers to Madonna’s interview with Graham Norton, rather than using the album title itself.

The programme aired on June 26, 2026, and was filmed at Koko in London. Its format combined Norton’s conversation with Madonna and guest appearances from Stuart Price and Kylie Minogue, linking the album’s promotion to Madonna’s long-running British television profile.

A common mix-up is with *The Confessions Tour: Live from London*, the earlier concert-film television special associated with Madonna’s 2006 era. *Madonna & Graham* was an interview and variety-style programme connected specifically with the newer album. The “Graham” in the title is Graham Norton, not a producer, songwriter, or album collaborator.
