What was the title of Georgia O'Keeffe's 1932 painting of a white jimson weed flower?

The story behind the answer

Georgia O'Keeffe titled her 1932 painting of a white jimson weed flower Jimson Weed/White Flower No. 1.

The painting presents a single enlarged white flower against a nearly black field. O'Keeffe frequently magnified flowers so that their curves, folds, and tonal transitions filled the picture surface. This approach made familiar natural forms appear abstract and monumental.

The work is sometimes identified only as Jimson Weed, but the complete title includes White Flower No. 1. It is also distinct from O'Keeffe's many paintings of roses, irises, poppies, and cannas. The painting became especially famous after its 2014 auction sale for more than $44 million.
