Hull City versus Manchester United was scheduled to kick off at 12:30 BST on Saturday 22 August 2026.
The fixture was the first Saturday match of the 2026–27 Premier League season. Hull City were listed as the home side, with Manchester United travelling to the MKM Stadium.
Early Saturday kick-offs are a familiar feature of Premier League broadcasting. They traditionally create the first televised league match of the day, although the exact broadcaster and presentation arrangements can vary by season.
This time should not be confused with the listed times for the three Saturday mid-afternoon fixtures, which were scheduled for 15:00 BST, or the later Brentford–Tottenham match.
