What was the name of the high school Kevin attended on The Wonder Years?

Kevin Arnold attended McKinley High School on The Wonder Years.

After graduating from junior high, Kevin and his close friend Winnie Cooper enrolled at McKinley High. The fictional school serves as one of the show's main settings as Kevin moves through adolescence, balancing classes, friendships, family tensions, and his changing relationship with Winnie.

McKinley is also associated with Kevin's best friend, Paul Pfeiffer. Paul initially attends a preparatory school rather than McKinley, but he transfers after his father's financial troubles. That change brings the central trio together at the same high school for much of the story.

Viewers sometimes confuse McKinley High with schools from other television series, particularly Glee, which also used the name William McKinley High School. The Wonder Years does not establish a precise real-world town for Kevin's school; the series deliberately keeps its suburban setting broadly representative of middle-class American life.
