What was the name of Georgia O'Keeffe's 1939 Hawaiian painting of a flower?

The story behind the answer

Hibiscus with Plumeria is a 1939 Hawaiian flower painting by Georgia O'Keeffe.

O'Keeffe traveled to Hawaii in 1939 after receiving a commission from the Hawaiian Pineapple Company, later known as Dole. During the trip she painted tropical plants, flowers, landscapes, and other subjects, including Hibiscus with Plumeria.

The Hawaiian works broadened her subject matter beyond the New Mexico imagery for which she was best known. The trip also produced paintings connected with pineapple plants and the islands' distinctive vegetation.

The title is easy to confuse with O'Keeffe's many single-flower compositions. Hibiscus with Plumeria specifically combines two tropical flowers in its title, linking the painting to her Hawaiian journey rather than to her desert flower series.
