What song by Carly Pearce was named Breakthrough Video of the Year at the 2018 CMT Music Awards?

Carly Pearce's song "Every Little Thing" was named Breakthrough Video of the Year at the 2018 CMT Music Awards.

The song was Pearce's breakthrough single and the title track of her debut studio album, "Every Little Thing," released in 2017. Its intimate, heartbroken lyrics helped establish Pearce as a distinctive voice in contemporary country music, while the accompanying video brought the song's breakup story to a wider audience.

At the 2018 CMT Music Awards, "Every Little Thing" won the Breakthrough Video of the Year category. The award recognized Pearce as an emerging country artist whose visual work had made a strong impression. The category's nominees also included Danielle Bradbery's "Sway" and Devin Dawson's "All On Me."

Readers sometimes confuse this result with the Female Video of the Year category, in which Pearce was also nominated. The question specifically asks about Breakthrough Video of the Year, making "Every Little Thing" the single canonical answer.
