What seasonal event in Fortnite features snow and presents?

Winterfest is the seasonal Fortnite event associated with snow, holiday decorations, and presents. It became one of the game's recurring winter celebrations, giving players a festive period filled with free rewards and themed activities.

A major Winterfest feature is the holiday lodge, where players can open presents containing cosmetic items such as outfits, gliders, wraps, sprays, and loading screens. The event has also included snowy maps, Christmas-themed challenges, and limited-time content. Its exact rewards and presentation can change from year to year.

Winterfest is easy to confuse with Snowdown, which was the name of an earlier Fortnite winter event, and Frostnite, a separate survival mode from Fortnite: Save the World. Ice Storm was another winter-themed event, but it was not the general recurring celebration represented by the answer Winterfest. The name therefore points specifically to Fortnite's holiday reward event.
