Blink-182 formed in Poway, California, in 1992, with Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Scott Raynor. Travis Barker replaced Raynor in 1998 and became central to the band's energetic pop-punk sound. The classic lineup produced major hits including "What's My Age Again?" and "All the Small Things."
"Neighborhoods" was released on September 27, 2011, through DGC and Interscope. It followed the band's 2003 self-titled album and came after an extended hiatus that began in 2005.
