Taylor Swift’s “august” reached number 20 on the Philippines Hot 100.
The Philippines result belongs to the Philippines Hot 100, a national chart, and is separate from the song’s number 7 peak on Billboard’s Philippines Songs chart. Both figures are listed for the song’s later chart activity, which followed its recurring August resurgence.
This distinction is a frequent source of confusion because the two charts use similar country labels but are different rankings. The song also appeared on charts in Indonesia and Vietnam during the same broader period. Its original release in 2020 produced chart peaks in markets including Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore, while the annual seasonal trend later brought it back to charts.
