What is the title of the final episode of The X-Files season 11?

The final episode of The X-Files season 11 is titled “My Struggle IV.”

It is the tenth episode of the season and aired on Fox on March 21, 2018. Written and directed by series creator Chris Carter, it continues the mythology storyline involving William, the Cigarette Smoking Man, Fox Mulder, and Dana Scully.

The title places the episode within the show’s recurring “My Struggle” sequence. “My Struggle,” “My Struggle II,” and “My Struggle III” appeared earlier in the revival-era mythology, making “My Struggle IV” the fourth installment in that specific title pattern. It is also the series’ most recent televised finale.

A common mix-up is confusing the season finale with “Nothing Lasts Forever,” which is episode nine and the final standalone monster-of-the-week story of the season. Other options such as “Plus One,” “Kitten,” and “This” are earlier season 11 episodes, not the finale.
