Mike Wazowski’s girlfriend in Monsters, Inc. is Celia Mae.
Celia works as the receptionist at Monsters, Incorporated and is recognizable by her single eye, snake-like hair and collar made of living snakes. She is voiced in the original English version by Jennifer Tilly.
The answer is Mae because Celia’s full name is Celia Mae. This can be confused with Mike’s surname, Wazowski, or with the surnames of other major characters such as Randall Boggs and Henry J. Waternoose.
Celia also has a close connection to the company’s office life. She appears in scenes involving Mike, company administration and the CDA investigation, making her more than a background employee in the story.
