What is the name of the villainous oil tycoon in Pixar’s Cars 2?

Miles Axlerod is the villainous oil tycoon in Pixar’s Cars 2.

Axlerod is introduced as a former oil baron who claims to have transformed himself into an electric car. He creates the World Grand Prix to promote Allinol, a new alternative fuel. The event becomes part of a larger scheme involving secretly modified race cars and electromagnetic weapons.
