What is the name of the spy organization featured in Pixar's Cars 2?

The spy organization featured in Pixar's Cars 2 is British Intelligence.

Finn McMissile is a British Intelligence agent who investigates a conspiracy connected to the World Grand Prix and Allinol. He encounters Mater, whose accidental involvement leads to Mater being treated as an undercover American agent. Holley Shiftwell is another British agent who helps the mission.

Cars 2 combines racing with a spy-film structure, using locations such as Tokyo, Porto Corsa and London. The plot involves a group of lemons, a hidden weapon and a plan connected to the new fuel being promoted by Sir Miles Axlerod.

British Intelligence is fictional within the movie's world, although the name echoes real intelligence organizations. It is not the same as the World Grand Prix, which is the racing event around which the conspiracy develops.
