What is the name of the racing academy featured in Pixar's Cars 3?

The racing academy featured in Pixar's Cars 3 is the Rust-eze Racing Center.

After Lightning McQueen struggles against the younger Jackson Storm, his Rust-eze sponsors send him to a high-tech training facility. The center uses simulators, fitness-style exercises, data analysis, and other modern methods to prepare racers for the changing competitive environment.

Cruz Ramirez works there as a trainer. Although Cruz initially has a technical coaching role rather than a professional racing career, her own abilities become central to the film's story. McQueen's time at the center helps him understand both the advantages and limitations of relying only on technology.

The name can be confused with Rust-eze, the sponsor brand connected to McQueen, or with Radiator Springs, his hometown. The Rust-eze Racing Center is a separate facility. Cars 3 uses it to contrast the intimate, old-fashioned lessons McQueen learned from Doc Hudson with the data-driven methods of modern racing.
