Sally Carrera is the Porsche sports car who owns the Cozy Cone Motel in Pixar’s Cars.
Sally is a Porsche 911 Carrera and one of Radiator Springs’ most prominent residents. She operates the Cozy Cone Motel, a roadside business decorated with cone-shaped structures that welcome travelers from the highway.
Before moving to Radiator Springs, Sally worked as a lawyer in Los Angeles. Her decision to leave the city reflects the film’s recurring contrast between fast modern life and the slower, more personal rhythm of the old Route 66 town.
Bonnie Hunt provides Sally’s voice. The character also becomes Lightning McQueen’s romantic partner, but her importance extends beyond that relationship: she is one of the people who understands Radiator Springs’ history and encourages Lightning to appreciate it.
