What is the name of the Pokémon Pokopia expansion area released in August 2026?

Bubbly Basin is the Pokémon Pokopia expansion area released in August 2026.

Bubbly Basin is the first part of a paid three-part expansion pass for Pokopia. The expansion pass adds content beyond the base game, while the original adventure remains centered on restoring the post-apocalyptic Kanto environment and building habitats for Pokémon.

The wider expansion plan includes three parts. Bubbly Basin arrived in August 2026, with the other two parts scheduled for late 2026 and 2027 respectively. Later update material also introduced water-based exploration and aquatic-themed content.

The name should not be confused with the game’s main setting or a general biome. Bubbly Basin is specifically the title of the first expansion content, making it the precise answer.
