What is the name of the high school in Netflix's 'Never Have I Ever'?

The high school in Netflix's 'Never Have I Ever' is Sherman Oaks High. It is the fictional Southern California school attended by Devi Vishwakumar and her friends, including Eleanor Wong, Fabiola Torres, Ben Gross, and Paxton Hall-Yoshida.

The school name connects the series to its Los Angeles setting. Sherman Oaks is a real neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley, but the high school itself is created for the show. The series follows Devi, a first-generation Indian American teenager, through academic pressure, grief, friendships, romance, and family conflict.

A common mix-up is assuming the school is a real institution because the show uses recognizable Los Angeles geography and school-life details. Other choices in the quiz, such as Liberty High and Ridgemont High, are names associated with other fictional television or film schools. The series was created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher and premiered on Netflix in 2020.
