Arno Dorian is the protagonist introduced in Assassin’s Creed Unity.
Arno is a French Assassin whose story unfolds during the French Revolution. After a personal tragedy, he joins the Brotherhood and investigates a conspiracy involving the deaths of influential figures and the struggle between Assassins and Templars.
Unity is set primarily in Paris and includes major historical events such as the storming of the Bastille, the Reign of Terror, and the rise of revolutionary factions. The game’s title also refers to its cooperative multiplayer missions, which allow several players to work together as Assassins.
Arno is sometimes confused with the Frye twins from Assassin’s Creed Syndicate or with Shay Cormac from Assassin’s Creed Rogue. Those characters belong to different campaigns and different historical periods.
