What is the name of the album that features the song "Rock and Roll"?

The story behind the answer

The song “Rock and Roll” appears on Led Zeppelin IV, the band's fourth studio album. Released in 1971, the album was officially untitled, but it became universally known as Led Zeppelin IV because of its place in the band's catalogue.

“Rock and Roll” developed from an improvised jam at Headley Grange in Hampshire while the band was struggling with “Four Sticks.” Drummer John Bonham began playing the introduction to Little Richard's “Keep A-Knockin',” and Jimmy Page added a guitar riff. The band built the song rapidly from that exchange.

The track also features Ian Stewart, the Rolling Stones' original pianist, on piano. It became a Led Zeppelin concert favourite and was often used as an opener or encore. A common mix-up is confusing Led Zeppelin IV with Houses of the Holy, the band's next studio album; “Rock and Roll” belongs to the earlier record.
