What is the name of the album that features the song "Good Times Bad Times"?

The story behind the answer

The song "Good Times Bad Times" appears on Led Zeppelin’s debut album, Led Zeppelin. Released in 1969, the self-titled record opens with the track’s compact burst of hard rock.

The song was recorded at Olympic Studios in London in October 1968, after the newly formed band had already developed much of its material through rehearsals and touring. Jimmy Page produced the recording, while John Paul Jones wrote the main riff on Hammond organ before adapting it for the band’s arrangement.

John Bonham’s fast triplet pattern on a single bass drum became one of the song’s defining musical features. The recording also showcases Page’s processed guitar sound and Robert Plant’s double-tracked vocals. "Good Times Bad Times" was released as Led Zeppelin’s first US single, backed by "Communication Breakdown."

A common mix-up is calling the album Led Zeppelin I. That phrase is widely used informally to distinguish it from the later records, but the album’s accepted title is simply Led Zeppelin. It is the first of the band’s four untitled-by-number early albums.
