The actor who voices Patrick Star is Bill Fagerbakke.

Fagerbakke has voiced SpongeBob’s best friend since the series began. He auditioned for Patrick after Tom Kenny had already been cast as SpongeBob, and his large, warm, deliberately childlike performance helped define the starfish’s slow, enthusiastic personality.
