What is the name of Lightning McQueen's race-car trainer in Pixar's Cars 3?

Cruz Ramirez is Lightning McQueen's race-car trainer in Pixar's Cars 3.

Cruz begins the film as a high-tech trainer at the Rust-eze Racing Center. She is assigned to help McQueen prepare for the modern racing era, but their relationship changes when McQueen realizes that her own talent and racing ambitions deserve attention. She ultimately becomes a key competitor and partner rather than merely a coach.
