What is the name of Khloé Kardashian’s daughter with Tristan Thompson?

Khloé Kardashian’s daughter with Tristan Thompson is named True Thompson.

True was born in April 2018. She is Khloé Kardashian’s first child and Tristan Thompson’s first child with Kardashian. Kardashian publicly explained that the name True had family significance: it had been used by relatives, and her maternal grandfather’s name was True Otis Houghton.

True’s birth received extensive coverage because it occurred shortly after reports about Thompson’s relationship with Kardashian became public. Kardashian and Thompson later had a second child, a son named Tatum, born in 2022 through surrogacy. True and Tatum therefore share Kardashian and Thompson as parents.

A frequent mix-up is confusing True Thompson with Dream Kardashian, Rob Kardashian’s daughter, or with Thompson’s son Prince, whose mother is Jordan Craig. The name True is also sometimes written without the surname in family coverage, but her full name is True Thompson.
