What is the name of Georgia O'Keeffe's home and studio preserved in Abiquiú, New Mexico?

The story behind the answer

Georgia O'Keeffe's preserved Abiquiú residence is the Georgia O'Keeffe Home and Studio.

O'Keeffe purchased the abandoned adobe house in Abiquiú in 1945 and spent years restoring it. The property includes the rooms where she lived and worked, as well as a walled garden and a famous doorway opening onto a view of the surrounding landscape. That doorway became a recurring subject in her paintings.

The house was more than a picturesque address. Its adobe walls, courtyard, garden, and views gave O'Keeffe a stable base for working in northern New Mexico. She eventually made the region her permanent home and used the property for much of her later career.

The site is administered by the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and is open through guided tours at designated times. It is distinct from Ghost Ranch, another New Mexico place strongly associated with O'Keeffe but not the name of this preserved Abiquiú home.
