Møllehøj is Denmark’s highest natural point, measured at 170.86 metres.
The hill is in the Skanderborg Municipality of Jutland, near Ejer Bavnehøj and Yding Skovhøj. Its height is measured above sea level, and the exact figure includes the ground beneath a historic mill site. Møllehøj was officially recognized as Denmark’s highest natural point in the early 2000s.
Danish height records can be confusing because older measurements and artificial structures affected comparisons among nearby hills. Ejer Bavnehøj has a tower that makes its summit appear higher, while Himmelbjerget is famous as a scenic landmark but is lower than Møllehøj.
