What is the name of Beyoncé's younger sister, who is also a singer and actress?

Beyoncé's younger sister is Solange Knowles.

Solange Piaget Knowles was born on June 24, 1986, in Houston, Texas. She pursued her own career as a singer, songwriter, performance artist, and actress rather than serving only as a member of her sister's professional circle. Her music is known for combining R&B, soul, funk, and experimental influences.

Solange released the albums Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams in 2008 and A Seat at the Table in 2016. The latter became her first number-one album on the US Billboard 200 and included the widely discussed song “Cranes in the Sky.”

The sisters are sometimes confused with Destiny's Child members because both Beyoncé and Solange have worked with prominent R&B artists. Solange, however, was never a member of Destiny's Child; she has a separate discography and artistic identity.
