What is the default stadium name in Rocket League?

The story behind the answer

The default stadium name in Rocket League is DFH Stadium. It is one of the game’s original standard arenas and has long served as the familiar baseline field for regular matches and competitive play.

“DFH” refers to David F. Hagewood, a Psyonix chief executive and studio director associated with the game’s development. The arena uses a conventional enclosed Soccar layout: a rectangular field, two goals, curved walls, and a ceiling that keeps the ball in play.

DFH Stadium has received several visual variants without changing its core layout. These include Stormy, Snowy, Day, Circuit, and a 10th Anniversary version. Those names describe alternate presentations or arena variants; they do not replace DFH Stadium as the standard arena name.

Players sometimes choose Champions Field because it is strongly associated with finals, or Mannfield because it is another classic arena. Those are valid standard arenas, but they are not the default answer. DFH Stadium’s recognizable design also made it a common choice in early tournaments and competitive rule sets.
