Donna Meagle's role in "Parks and Recreation" is office manager for Pawnee's Parks and Recreation Department. Played by Retta, Donna works alongside Leslie Knope, Ron Swanson, Tom Haverford, April Ludgate, and the rest of the department staff.

Donna first appears in the 2009 pilot as a recurring character and becomes a regular cast member in the third season.
