Which actor played Pawnee city planner Mark Brendanawicz?

Paul Schneider played Pawnee city planner Mark Brendanawicz in "Parks and Recreation".

Mark is introduced as a pragmatic city planner working in Pawnee’s municipal government. He is skeptical of Leslie Knope’s ambitious plans, particularly her proposal to transform the abandoned construction pit beside Ann Perkins’s house into a park.

Although Mark often appears cynical about bureaucracy, he still helps Leslie navigate city government. The character also has an important early connection to both Leslie and Ann. Leslie has romantic feelings for him because of their earlier relationship, while Mark later dates Ann for much of the second season.
