The annual event gives student teams a chance to compete in a series of scare-related challenges. Mike joins the Oozma Kappa fraternity team after Dean Abigail Hardscrabble offers him a wager: if the team wins, he and the other participants can return to the university's scaring program. Sulley joins as well, despite their rivalry and very different approaches to scaring.
