On the British television show Dragons' Den, what brand did Levi Roots pitch to the investors?

The story behind the answer

On Dragons' Den, Levi Roots pitched Reggae Reggae Sauce to the investors.

Roots appeared on the programme in 2007, presenting his Jamaican-style jerk barbecue sauce. His presentation helped introduce the product to a much wider British audience and led to a deal with Peter Jones and Richard Farleigh.

The sauce was later renamed Reggae Reggae Jerk Sauce in some contexts, but Reggae Reggae Sauce is the famous brand name associated with the pitch. It became one of the best-known products to emerge from the British version of Dragons' Den.

Levi Roots is the stage name of Keith Valentine Graham, a Jamaican-British musician, chef and entrepreneur. The brand grew beyond one sauce into a wider range of Caribbean food products, including marinades and cooking sauces.
