In X-Men: First Class, what is the name of the CIA agent who becomes Mystique’s ally?

In X-Men: First Class, the CIA agent who becomes Mystique’s ally is Moira MacTaggert.

Moira works for the Central Intelligence Agency and investigates Sebastian Shaw’s activities. Her discovery of mutants brings her into contact with Charles Xavier and Raven, whose abilities help the CIA understand the growing threat.

Rose Byrne plays Moira in the film. Unlike many earlier X-Men adaptations, First Class gives the character an active role in the formation of the original mutant team and in the events surrounding the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Moira MacTaggert is also a major Marvel Comics character, although her biography and relationship with the X-Men have changed substantially across comic and film continuities. The movie’s version is a human intelligence officer rather than a mutant.
