In which Taylor Swift tour set section was “august” performed during The Eras Tour?

Taylor Swift performed “august” during The Folklore act of The Eras Tour.

The Eras Tour, which ran from 2023 to 2024, organized Swift’s catalog into sections representing different musical eras. “August” appeared alongside other Folklore material, including “cardigan,” “betty,” “the last great american dynasty,” and “the 1.”

For the performance, Swift wore a flowing dress that matched Folklore’s cottagecore-inspired visual style. The staging helped connect the song’s fictional summer narrative with the album’s broader woodland and nostalgic identity.

The song can be confused with the Evermore act because both albums were released in 2020 and share a closely related aesthetic. “August” belongs to Folklore, while songs such as “willow” and “tolerate it” belong to Evermore.
