In which city is Lollapalooza Chicago 2026 held?

Lollapalooza Chicago 2026 is held in Chicago, Illinois.

The festival’s Chicago edition takes place at Grant Park, the lakefront park in the city’s downtown area. Its location puts stages within walking distance of the Loop, Lake Michigan, museums, hotels and several major public-transportation lines.

Lollapalooza was originally created as a traveling festival, but organizers reworked it into a yearly Chicago event in 2005. The city edition is now the flagship version of the brand, while related festivals operate in other countries and cities. Those international editions can cause confusion, but “Lollapalooza Chicago” specifically refers to the event in Chicago.

The 2026 Chicago festival is scheduled for July 30 through August 2 at Grant Park.
