In The Summer I Turned Pretty season 3, Agnes encourages Conrad to buy a ticket to Paris.
Agnes is Conrad’s medical-student friend, played by Zoé de Grand’Maison. Her encouragement comes near the end of episode 10, “Last Year,” after Conrad has been writing letters to Belly while she remains in Paris.
The decision follows several major changes. Belly chooses to stay in Paris for another year, while Conrad and Jeremiah reconcile after meeting at Susannah’s grave. Jeremiah then tells Conrad that he should pursue Belly, helping remove one of the emotional obstacles between the brothers.
With encouragement from Agnes, Conrad buys a plane ticket to visit Belly. He travels to Paris in the finale, “At Last,” while en route to a medical conference in Brussels. Agnes’s support therefore directly sets up the final reunion between Conrad and Belly.
