In the manga Sailor Moon, what is the civilian name of Sailor Moon?

In the manga Sailor Moon, the heroine’s civilian name is Usagi Tsukino.

Usagi Tsukino is the ordinary schoolgirl who becomes Sailor Moon after meeting the talking cat Luna. Her transformation begins a larger mission to protect Earth and recover the Silver Crystal. Over the course of the manga, Usagi grows from a frequently late and insecure student into a determined leader and the future ruler of the Moon Kingdom’s restored legacy.

Naoko Takeuchi created Sailor Moon, which was serialized in Nakayoshi from 1991 to 1997. The manga combines magical-girl conventions with romance, planetary symbolism, reincarnation, and team-based superhero action. Usagi’s name is sometimes rendered differently in translations, but “Usagi Tsukino” is the standard romanization of the Japanese original.

Rei Hino, Ami Mizuno, and Minako Aino are separate Sailor Guardians: Sailor Mars, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Venus. They are important allies, but none is Sailor Moon’s civilian identity.
