In the live-action films, which actor played Sam Witwicky?

Shia LaBeouf played Sam Witwicky in the live-action Transformers films. Sam is the human protagonist who becomes entangled in the Autobots’ conflict with the Decepticons after discovering that his first car is far more than an ordinary vehicle.

LaBeouf first played Sam in Transformers (2007), directed by Michael Bay.
