Former Dragon Nick Jenkins founded the personalised greeting-card company Moonpig.
Jenkins launched Moonpig in 2000 after recognising that people wanted to send greeting cards featuring personalised designs and photographs. The company initially focused on online card ordering, allowing customers to customise cards before they were printed and delivered.
Moonpig became one of the United Kingdom's best-known online greeting-card businesses. Jenkins later joined Dragon's Den as an investor in 2015, bringing experience from building an internet-based consumer company rather than from traditional retail or manufacturing.
