The Penrith Panthers defeated the Brisbane Broncos 26–24 in the 2023 NRL Grand Final.

The match was played at Sydney’s Accor Stadium on 1 October 2023. Brisbane led 16–8 at half-time, but Penrith produced a second-half comeback to claim a third consecutive premiership.

Nathan Cleary was named the Clive Churchill Medal winner as the match’s best player. His performance included a decisive late try assist and a field goal that helped Penrith control the closing stages.

The result made Penrith the first team since the early 1980s Canterbury-Bankstown side to win three straight Australian top-flight premierships. The Broncos were seeking their first premiership since 2006.
