In the 2023 Frasier series, what is the first episode titled?

The first episode of the 2023 Frasier series is titled “The Good Father.” It introduces Frasier Crane’s new Boston chapter, beginning after his father Martin’s death and Frasier’s breakup with Charlotte.

In the premiere, Frasier returns to Boston to give a lecture at Harvard and reconnect with his adult son, Freddy, now a firefighter. Their strained relationship drives the story, while Frasier’s nephew David accompanies him and Harvard’s leadership considers recruiting him to teach.

The title deliberately echoes “The Good Son,” the title of the original Frasier series premiere. That parallel signals both continuity and change: the original show centered on Frasier moving in with his father in Seattle, while the revival focuses on Frasier trying to become a better father to Freddy. “Moving In” is the second episode, not the premiere.
