In the 2004 film "The Bourne Supremacy", in which city does the car chase through traffic occur?

The story behind the answer

In the 2004 film "The Bourne Supremacy", the car chase through traffic occurs in Moscow.

The chase takes place near the end of the film, after Jason Bourne travels to Moscow to find Irena Neski, the daughter of a couple whose deaths he helped cause. Russian assassin Kirill pursues him, and Bourne escapes in a stolen taxi while trying to survive both the traffic and Kirill's attack.

The sequence is especially memorable for its cramped streets, aggressive driving and handheld, documentary-like visual style. Although the story places the action in Moscow, not every Moscow scene was filmed there: some sections were shot in Berlin, which doubled for the Russian capital. The production filmed portions of the chase and the ending in Moscow, then used Berlin for much of the film's middle section.

A common mix-up is confusing this sequence with the opening pursuit in Goa, India, where Kirill kills Marie after Bourne and Marie switch vehicles. The Moscow chase is the film's climactic vehicle sequence and was widely recognized as one of its standout action scenes.
