In the 1994 film 'True Lies', which actor plays the character Harry Tasker?

The story behind the answer

In the 1994 film 'True Lies', Arnold Schwarzenegger plays Harry Tasker. Tasker appears to his family to be a mild-mannered computer salesman, but secretly works as an agent for the U.S. government's Omega Sector.

The film's central comic tension comes from Harry maintaining two identities at once. His wife Helen, played by Jamie Lee Curtis, believes his frequent absences are caused by business travel, while Harry is actually investigating international terrorism and pursuing the terrorist Salim Abu Aziz.

James Cameron wrote and directed the film, which blends espionage action, domestic comedy, elaborate stunts, and romance. Harry's attempt to keep his covert career separate from his family life becomes increasingly impossible as the two worlds collide.

Bill Paxton and Tom Arnold also appear in important roles, but neither plays Harry. Paxton portrays used-car salesman Simon, while Tom Arnold plays Harry's colleague Albert 'Gib' Gibson. The screenplay was adapted from the 1991 French film 'La Totale!'.
