In Star Trek: Nemesis, what is the name of the villain?

In Star Trek: Nemesis, the villain is Shinzon. He is a Reman leader who seizes control of the Romulan Star Empire and threatens both the Romulans and the Federation.

Shinzon was secretly created as a clone of Jean-Luc Picard. The Romulans intended to use him as an infiltrator in the Federation, but the plan was abandoned while he was still a child. He was sent to Remus, where he became a slave and eventually rose to lead the Reman people in revolt.

His personal history makes him more than a conventional conqueror: he sees Picard as the life he was denied and wants to use Picard’s blood to survive a rapidly fatal illness caused by the cloning process.
