In Pixar's Cars, what is the name of the Porsche who becomes Lightning McQueen's love interest?

The story behind the answer

Sally Carrera is the Porsche who becomes Lightning McQueen's love interest in Pixar's Cars.

Sally is a blue 2002 Porsche 911 Carrera and works as the attorney for Radiator Springs. She left a successful career in California before settling in the small Route 66 town, where she became invested in preserving its history and identity. Her surname, Carrera, is also a Porsche model designation and means “race” in Spanish.

Sally initially challenges Lightning because she sees his arrogance and recognizes how little he understands about Radiator Springs. As he repairs the road and spends time with the residents, she sees him become more thoughtful. Their relationship develops through shared appreciation for the town, its scenery, and the disappearing Route 66 experience.

Sally is not the town's mayor or mechanic; those roles belong to other characters. Bonnie Hunt provides Sally's voice in the English version. She returns in Cars 2 and Cars 3, remaining closely connected to Lightning and Radiator Springs.
