Ramone is the neon-lit garage owner who customizes cars in Radiator Springs in Pixar's Cars.
Ramone owns Ramone's House of Body Art, where he gives vehicles colorful paint jobs and custom finishes. His lowrider-inspired styling and expressive personality make him one of Radiator Springs' most distinctive residents. The character's work also helps show that the town's inhabitants have individual identities and artistic interests beyond the racing world.
Cheech Marin voices Ramone in the English-language film. He is married to Flo, who operates Flo's V8 Cafe. That relationship is a frequent source of confusion because both characters are closely associated with the town's social life, but Flo is the café owner and Ramone is the body-art specialist.
Ramone appears throughout the Cars franchise and in related short-form material. His name echoes the punk-rock band Ramones, while his visual design draws on customized lowrider culture. His garage's bright signs and changing paintwork contribute to Radiator Springs' nighttime visual identity.
