In Pixar's Cars, Lightning McQueen's chief rival voiced by Michael Keaton is Chick Hicks.
Chick Hicks is a green race car who competes against McQueen for the Piston Cup. His number is 86, and his aggressive driving style contrasts with the more disciplined approach McQueen gradually learns in Radiator Springs. Chick is willing to use dirty tactics, including a deliberate collision with The King during the final race.
Michael Keaton voices Chick Hicks in the 2006 film. The character's design and behavior parody the stereotypical ruthless competitor who values victory above sportsmanship. His sponsorship by Hostile Takeover Bank is part of the film's fictional racing world.
Jackson Storm is a different antagonist from Cars 3, while Cal Weathers appears as a later-generation competitor. Strip “The King” Weathers is an admired veteran racer and McQueen's final-race opponent, not the green rival voiced by Keaton.
