In Pixar's Cars 3, who voices the rookie racer Jackson Storm?

Armie Hammer voices Jackson Storm in Pixar's Cars 3.

Jackson Storm is a next-generation racer whose advanced design and performance challenge Lightning McQueen. He represents the rapid technological change in racing, with a sleek body, modern aerodynamics, and a confident attitude that contrasts with Lightning's older racing style.

Armie Hammer is an American actor known for film and television roles including The Social Network, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., and Call Me by Your Name. His vocal performance gives Storm a polished, competitive, and sometimes dismissive personality.

Jackson Storm is sometimes confused with Cruz Ramirez, who is voiced by Cristela Alonzo, or Smokey, who is voiced by Chris Cooper. Those characters have important roles in Lightning's training and comeback but are not Storm's voice actor.
